Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, book a service, or register as a provider on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Users under 18 may not create an account, book a service, or register as a provider, and the Platform will not permit it. If you are under 18 and need help, a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older can create a Family plan account and book on your household's behalf; the account and these Terms remain their responsibility. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. See our Privacy Policy — Children's Privacy section for details.

You may not use the Platform if: (a) your account has been previously suspended or terminated by BlessRun; (b) you are prohibited from receiving services under applicable law; or (c) you are located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited.

By using the Platform you also represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.

Account registration. To book services you must create a BlessRun account using a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately atinfo@blessrun.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Booking. When you submit a booking request, you are making an offer to purchase the selected service from the independent provider at the stated price and time. A booking is confirmed when you complete payment authorization through Stripe. BlessRun reserves the right to cancel any booking that violates these Terms.

Payment authorization hold. At the time of booking, BlessRun places an authorization hold on your payment method for the full booking amount. Your card is not charged at this time. The hold is captured only after the provider marks the service as complete. If the service is cancelled, the hold is released.

Cancellation policy. You may cancel a booking at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booking amount. Cancellations after the provider has arrived are non-refundable. To cancel, use your dashboard or contact us atinfo@blessrun.com.

Guest bookings. You may complete a booking as a guest without creating an account. Guest bookings are subject to the same payment and cancellation terms. Guest users cannot access booking history, manage recurring bookings, or receive membership discounts.

Accuracy of service address. You are responsible for providing an accurate service address. BlessRun is not liable for failed or delayed services resulting from an incorrect address.

Independent contractor status. Providers who register on the Platform are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between BlessRun and any provider. BlessRun does not control the manner or means by which providers perform services.

Pricing and scheduling. Providers set their own service prices and availability. BlessRun may display suggested pricing ranges based on market data, but providers are not required to follow those suggestions.

Tax obligations and 1099-NEC. Providers are solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes on their earnings. BlessRun will issue Form 1099-NEC when required by law. Providers must provide accurate tax identification information.

Marketplace fees. Approved providers pay a one-time $15 application fee, charged via Stripe to the card saved during application. There is no monthly subscription. On each completed booking BlessRun retains a marketplace fee of 20% of the customer charge and the provider receives the remaining 80%; Stripe's processing fee is split evenly between the two. The customer charge, the marketplace fee and the provider's earnings are shown on every service opportunity before the provider decides whether to accept it. These amounts are marketplace fees and service earnings — they are not wages, salary or payroll, and BlessRun does not withhold employment taxes.

Identity verification. All providers must complete identity verification through Persona SDK, including submission of government-issued identification and a selfie for biometric matching.

Provider Code of Conduct. All providers must comply with the BlessRun Provider Code of Conduct. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

No guarantee of bookings. BlessRun does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings or minimum earnings. Provider earnings depend on customer demand, availability, and service quality.

Licences, insurance and your own business. BlessRun does not require you to register a business, form an entity, or hold a state or local business licence — you may work as a plain sole proprietor. You are required to obtain and maintain, at your own expense, any licence, permit, certification, insurance or bonding that the law does require for the services you actually offer, and to keep that documentation current on the Platform. Insurance is a firm requirement where BlessRun applies it: liability cover for work performed inside a customer's home — home assistance, senior support and family support. BlessRun does not separately require auto cover for errands or home assistance; Nevada law already obliges every driver to carry auto liability insurance, and you must comply with it whenever you drive to perform a service. Transportation and delivery require a current driver licence, vehicle registration and auto insurance on file before you may be offered work in those categories. Your auto policy must permit carrying passengers for compensation: a standard personal policy does not, and if you drive a paying customer under one your insurer may refuse the claim. Confirm this with your insurer, or carry commercial or rideshare cover. Whether Nevada additionally requires Transportation Authority certification, and what insurance minimums apply, is pending legal confirmation; BlessRun will tell you before any further requirement begins to gate a category. The service categories you may offer are limited to those for which your required documentation is verified and current, and a category closes automatically when cover lapses. Requirements differ by category and jurisdiction. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: category-specific licence, insurance-minimum, fingerprinting and transportation requirements.

Non-exclusivity. Providers are free to provide services to anyone else, at any time, including competing marketplaces, their own direct clients, and their own separate business. BlessRun does not require exclusivity, does not restrict a provider's work outside the Platform, and imposes no non-compete. Nothing on the Platform limits where else a provider may work.

Provider control. Providers decide whether to be available, which days and hours they work, and whether to accept or decline any individual service opportunity. Declining an opportunity carries no penalty and does not affect a provider's standing, visibility, or future opportunities. BlessRun does not set minimum hours, fixed shifts, attendance rules, or acceptance-rate requirements. A provider is only ever matched to a booking automatically if that provider has switched automatic acceptance on for their own account, which they may switch off at any time.

Assistants and substitutes. Because BlessRun services reach seniors, families, homes and vehicles, a provider may not send a substitute or assistant to perform a booking unless that person has independently completed the identity verification, background screening, licensing and insurance required for the service category and has been approved on the Platform in their own right. This requirement exists for customer safety, not to limit how a provider runs their business.

Provider tools and expenses. Providers supply their own vehicle, phone, tools, supplies and any other resources their services require, and bear those costs as their own business expenses. BlessRun-branded merchandise, apparel and equipment are optional and are never a condition of receiving opportunities. Where a provider chooses to display a BlessRun badge, it identifies a Verified BlessRun Marketplace Provider — an independent business — and not an employee of BlessRun Services LLC.

Scope of services — no personal or medical care. BlessRun is not a personal care agency, a home health agency, or a healthcare provider, and providers are not caregivers. Providers may not assist any customer with activities of daily living — bathing, showering, dressing, toileting or continence care, physical transfers or lifting, or hand-feeding — and may not give, measure, prompt or remind about medication, or perform any clinical or nursing task. Providers must decline any such request, at any time, without penalty on the Platform, and report it to BlessRun. Performing these tasks is grounds for immediate removal. If a customer needs hands-on personal care, they must engage a licensed personal care agency; BlessRun is not a substitute for one.

BlessRun offers optional paid membership plans that provide booking discounts and access to premium features.

Free trial. BlessRun may offer a 30-day free trial for new members. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Cancellation. You may cancel your membership subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us atinfo@blessrun.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to membership benefits through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Price changes. BlessRun may change membership pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Membership discounts. Discounts apply to the base service price and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

Payment processor. All payments on the Platform are processed by Stripe, Inc. BlessRun does not store, process, or transmit your full payment card details. By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe'sTerms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Authorization holds. When you book a service, Stripe may place an authorization hold on your payment method. The hold reserves funds without transferring them and is captured when the provider marks the service complete.

Pricing. Service prices are set by independent providers and displayed at booking. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any BlessRun platform service fee will be disclosed at checkout.

Refund policy. Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

• Customer cancellation more than 24 hours before service: full refund.
• Provider cancellation for any reason: full refund.
• Provider no-show: full refund.
• Service materially different from what was described: partial or full refund at BlessRun's discretion after investigation.
• Cancellation within 24 hours: cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply.
• Completed services are generally non-refundable. Disputes must be submitted within 48 hours.

To request a refund, contact us atinfo@blessrun.com within 48 hours of the service date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting BlessRun to resolve the dispute, BlessRun may suspend your account pending investigation.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct. Violations may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of pending payments, and referral to law enforcement.

Provider Code of Conduct. Providers are additionally bound by the BlessRun Provider Code of Conduct and may be suspended or removed for violations.

Marketplace disclaimer. BlessRun provides a technology platform facilitating connections between customers and independent providers and is not a party to the service agreement between them.

No warranties. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of damages. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLESSRUN'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLESSRUN DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $100.

Exclusion of consequential damages. BLESSRUN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Provider liability. Providers are solely responsible for the services they perform, including property damage, personal injury, or other harm arising from those services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, BlessRun's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Informal resolution first. Before initiating a formal dispute, you agree to contact BlessRun atinfo@blessrun.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. BlessRun will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, disputes relating to these Terms, the Platform, or services booked through the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Class action waiver. YOU AND BLESSRUN AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Exceptions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Eligible claims under $10,000 may be brought in small claims court in Clark County, Nevada.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to BlessRun at 732 S 6th St Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101 within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.

BlessRun's ownership. The Platform and BlessRun Content are owned by BlessRun Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Trademarks. BlessRun, the BlessRun logo, and related names, logos, products, services, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BlessRun Services LLC.

Provider license. By creating a provider profile, you grant BlessRun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use and display profile information for operating and promoting the Platform.

User content. By submitting reviews, photos, messages, or other content, you grant BlessRun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Platform.

Feedback. BlessRun may use suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide without restriction or compensation.

DMCA. If you believe Platform content infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice toinfo@blessrun.com with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

These Terms and disputes relating to them or the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and incorporated agreements constitute the entire agreement between you and BlessRun regarding the Platform.

Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. BlessRun's failure to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

Changes to Terms. BlessRun may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or Platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
