If a job is not completed as agreed, we work with you to make it right — including refunds on payments still held for incomplete or cancelled work.

If you ever feel unsafe or experience something that violates our guidelines, tell us right away. Safety reports are reviewed as high-priority incidents. In an emergency, always call 911 first.
