BlessRun was inspired by a friendship that began in 2021.
One day, our founder met an elderly gentleman named Jim as he was walking home from the grocery store. At 90 years old, he was carrying heavy groceries, tired, and struggling to make it home. Moved by compassion and a strong sense of purpose, our founder offered to help.
What started as carrying groceries became something much more.
Over the next two years, Jim received support with grocery shopping, food delivery, transportation to appointments, bank visits, haircuts, organizing his home, running errands, and many of the everyday tasks that can become difficult with age.
More importantly, he gained a trusted friend.

When Jim passed away in 2023, he left behind a lasting reminder that many people in our communities need reliable support, companionship, and practical help, but often don't know where to find it.
BlessRun was created to bridge that gap.
Our mission is to connect individuals, families, seniors, busy professionals, and anyone in need of assistance with trusted local providers who genuinely care. At the same time, we create opportunities for compassionate people to earn extra income by helping others on a part-time or full-time basis.
We believe that helping someone with groceries is never just about groceries. It's about dignity. It's about independence. It's about knowing someone cares.
Today, BlessRun is building a community where neighbors help neighbors, providers build meaningful businesses, and people receive the support they need to live with greater ease and confidence.

The Spark
Our founder, Debbie, noticed an elderly neighbor, Jim, quietly struggling with everyday errands — groceries, rides to appointments, the small tasks that pile up when you don't have help nearby. She started helping him herself. No app, no company, just a neighbor showing up.
A Loss That Became a Mission
Jim passed away. His story stayed with Debbie — how much dignity and independence a little consistent help can restore, and how many people like Jim have no one checking in. That loss is the reason BlessRun exists.
Building It Right
Debbie spent this time building BlessRun the right way: identity verification, secure payments, real legal and compliance groundwork — the infrastructure to make sure every provider is accountable and every customer is protected, before ever asking anyone to trust the platform with their family.
Launching in Las Vegas
BlessRun is launching first in Las Vegas, with a plan to grow city by city. We're recruiting our first providers now and preparing to welcome our first members.
