How do I book a service?

Head to the Book a Service page, choose your service type, pick a provider, select a date and time, fill in your details, and complete the payment. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. Your card is authorized at booking but only charged after the service is completed.

Can I choose a specific provider?

Yes. Visit the Browse Providers page to see all available providers, filter by service type and verification status, read their bios and reviews, and book directly with the one you prefer. Your chosen provider will be pre-selected in the booking wizard.

When is my card charged?

BlessRun uses a payment hold system. Your card is authorized (funds reserved) when you book, but the charge is only captured after your provider marks the service complete. If the booking is cancelled by either party, the hold is released and no charge is made.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

You can cancel from your booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly at support@blessrun.com. When a booking is cancelled, the payment hold on your card is released automatically — typically within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

What happens if my provider requests extra hours?

If your provider needs more time than originally booked, they can request extra hours through their dashboard. You'll receive an email with the additional cost and new total. You can approve or decline — if you decline, the original booking amount stays unchanged.

Are BlessRun providers background-checked?

Yes. All providers go through a multi-step verification process including government ID verification, Persona identity verification, a background check, profile photo review, and reference checks. Look for the verification badges on each provider's profile.

How do I leave a review for my provider?

After your service is marked complete, you'll receive a follow-up email with a link to leave a review. Your feedback helps other customers and rewards great providers.

How do I become a BlessRun provider?

Visit the Become a Provider page and complete the application. You'll go through our 5-step verification process: government ID, Persona identity verification, background check, profile photo review, and references. Once approved, your profile goes live and customers can book you.

How and when do I get paid?

When you mark a booking complete in your provider dashboard, the payment is captured from the customer's card and transferred to your account. Payouts are processed via Stripe and typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

Can I request extra hours on an active booking?

Yes. From your provider dashboard, open the active booking and use the "Request Extra Hours" button. Choose the additional hours needed — the customer will receive an email with the extra cost and can approve or decline. If approved, a new payment hold is created for the updated total.

What happens if a customer cancels?

If a customer cancels, the payment hold is released and you'll receive a notification email. Cancellation policies and any applicable compensation are outlined in your provider agreement.

How do I update my availability?

What is the Provider Store?

How do I get verified faster?

Make sure all your documents are clear and up to date before submitting. The Persona identity verification step is instant. Background checks typically take 1–3 business days. Having professional references ready speeds up the final step.

What payment methods are accepted?

BlessRun accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe's secure checkout. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. BlessRun never stores your card number or CVV.

Why does my bank show a pending charge before the service?

This is the payment authorization hold. When you book, your bank reserves the funds to confirm your card is valid. The actual charge only goes through after your provider marks the service complete. The hold shows as "pending" on your statement until then.

How long does a refund take?

If a booking is cancelled before the service, the hold is released immediately on our end. Your bank typically clears the pending charge within 3–5 business days, though some banks can take up to 7 days.
