Our Commitment

BlessRun is committed to making blessrun.com accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across our platform and continuously work to identify and remediate accessibility barriers.

Accessibility is not a checkbox — it is an ongoing practice. We involve accessibility considerations in every new feature we build, from the booking wizard to provider profiles to our checkout flow.

What We've Done

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements — menus, forms, buttons, and booking steps — are fully operable via keyboard alone.

Screen Reader Compatible

Pages use semantic HTML landmarks, ARIA labels, and live regions so screen readers can accurately convey content and state.

Sufficient Color Contrast

Text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).

Descriptive Alt Text

All meaningful images carry descriptive alt attributes. Decorative images use empty alt="" so screen readers skip them.

Captions on Video Content

Video content on the platform includes captions or transcripts to support users who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Accessible Booking Wizard

Every step of the booking flow uses properly labeled form fields, error messages linked to inputs, and focus management between steps.

Known Limitations

We are actively working to improve accessibility across our platform. Some third-party components (such as the Stripe payment interface and Persona identity verification widget) are provided by external vendors and may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control.

If you encounter any barriers on blessrun.com, please contact us immediately — we treat accessibility reports as high-priority issues and aim to respond within 2 business days.

Alternative Access

If you are unable to complete a booking due to an accessibility barrier, our team is ready to assist you personally — by phone or email. You will receive the same service, at the same price, with no additional steps required.

Phone assistance is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PT. Email responses within 1 business day.
